Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mega Music account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your electronics in their original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
